Ways to Work With the HILL
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The HILL model is designed to be flexible to meet the specific needs of your school or district. Our collaborative process takes into account both literacy outcomes and teacher feedback, so you’re getting what you need when you need it.
We work with schools and districts in two key ways:
- Coaching and Facilitation — From leadership coaching to direct teacher training, our support structures address specific, collaboratively-determined goals to help you break down silos and enhance cross-district communication
- Courses — Our instructor-led and self-paced courses build core knowledge in literacy education using our platform, HILL Online
