This 3-day course will provide resources and guidance to build capacity to train others to use the Enhanced Core Reading Instruction (ECRI) curriculum. Participants will understand how to present information and research about evidence-based reading instruction, and be able to describe and model how to use instructional routines to enhance the delivery of core reading instruction in a multi-tiered system of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.

Prerequisite:
-Completion of the Foundational Skills, Vocabulary, and Comprehension Enhanced Core Reading Instruction (ECRI) Workshops (3 days).

Conference participants will each receive:
-a copy of the Moving Up! Literacy® Enhanced Core Reading Instruction Leadership Workbook;
-an Enhanced Core Reading Instruction Trainer’s Notebook; and
-a flash drive with electronic versions of the PowerPoint slides and supporting documents for the Foundational Skills, Vocabulary, and Comprehension Enhanced Core Reading Instruction (ECRI) Workshops.
